Kevin “Chick” Ciaravella has done more for the RHMRBL than most know. The long serving executive member has held many roles, but none as challenging as in 2006 when he was league secretary, treasurer, and registrar.
His legend is massive. He’s won the batting title, home run title, manager of the year, and is a coveted Hall of Fame inductee (2005).
Winning his first and only Reaper Cup in 1999, Chick has smashed some incredible numbers along the way. He ranks in the top 5 or better all time in multiple offensive categories. The Mega Star is on a legendary level, still to this day posting fantastic numbers. He is one of the most sincere, authentic, caring players to ever play in the league. Beloved by both teammates and opposition, there’s no doubt that the RHMRBL wouldn’t be where it is today without his contributions.
With the playoffs looming, you can be sure Chick will do whatever it takes to get his Pirates to the Promised Land.
