After two years away from RHMRBL, Chris “Two Chainz” Bascom made his triumphant return to the mound for the Athletics this week.
In his first start back, Bascom showed little rust, twirling 6 strong innings of ball against the Cubs in their weekly series. Featuring a heavy fastball and dazzling curve, Bascom racked up strikeouts like he never left.
Always backed by his group of supporters, you know you’re in for a treat when facing Bascom. A true competitor on the field, and one of the kindest people off it, it’s hard to find a better soul in our league.
Since joining our fine league in 2017, Bascom has always risen to the occasion. Offering both a power bat in the lineup and his ever improving pitching ability, it’s clear that Bascom’s star will only continue to shine for many years in RHMRBL.
