Hall of Fame

Our leagues highest honour...to be recognized by your fellow players for your all-time league achievements. Some have entered the hall with a consistent bat, for stellar defense, or because of their leadership and dedication to the league. Some enter the hall after playing in this league for over 30 years. Whatever the reason, these members are the best of the best.

The Hall of Fame includes some of our leagues best current players: AJ Leitch, Waylen Nelson & Jordan Levy. From Brian “BD” Dunnett, inducted in 1988 as one of the leagues most consistent hitters & pitchers, to league founders Mark Tulloch, Scott Ross, Bob Barton, John Leonard & Terry Robertson. From who I believe is our leagues all-time best player Dave Repath to a few of the leagues oldest and longest serving players Andy Boruszok, Danny Alexander and Duane Action Jackson.

The hall includes many former league presidents, Chris "Bammer" Van Velzen, Joe Green, Chris Moncayo, my son Jimmy Jr and myself in 1992 and 1998. And don’t forget our current league President Pierre “Mookie” Abrahams.  Our previous year inductees will nominate 2 league members for this year, presented at our annual league banquet. One of my proudest league moments was in 1992 when I entered the RHMRBL Hall of Fame.

Whether for my play on the field or for my 10+ years on the league executive, I know my name will live on in this league long after I hung up my cleats in 2015. My dream came true in 2011 when my oldest son Jimmy Jr joined the RHMRBL and had a chance to play with his old man. Little did I know that he would be elected to the hall in 2023. 2024 is another milestone as my youngest son Tyler joins the league and is playing with his big brother.

Congrats on your 40th Anniversary, RHMRBL!!! ⚾
